Returns

Although the customer must be clear why the item is being returned and pay the cost of the return postage.

Tariffs

USA customers please be aware that there are new tariffs that are typically collected by the USA postal service or customs authority, not directly by Etsy or seller. Unfortunately this out of our control at this current time.
Collection Difficulty: There isn't a legal way for Etsy/Seller to collect tariffs from buyers to then pay the US government.
Buyer Responsibility: Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.
